日本語版への翻訳の過程で専門用語を訳出した箇所にこのテンプレートが貼られている場合、その専門用語の対訳を参照できる日本語の情報源をご存知の方はノートへの書誌情報の提供にご協力ください。なお、このテンプレートを貼る対象が現に出典となっている日本語の情報源に対訳として明記されているものである場合には、テンプレートを貼るときに訳に疑問を生じた理由についてノートなどで具体的に提示することが望まれます。

このテンプレートは自己参照であり、百科事典の内容ではなくウィキペディア・プロジェクトに属しています。
使用法

下のように表示したい場合は、Gabriel van Dievoet[訳語疑問点]

記事の本文中に、下のように書き加えて下さい。Gabriel van Dievoet{{訳語疑問点|date=2024年5月}}

1つ目のパラメータには仮の訳語候補を提示する事が出来ます。記述した場合にはチップテキストに表示されます。

cand_prefixパラメータには、1つ目のパラメータの前に表示する文字列を指定できます。既定値は「候補:」になっています。

titleパラメータは、翻訳候補ではない任意の文字列をチップテキストに表示する場合に用います。このパラメータを使用した場合は「候補:」という文字列が表示されません。

dateパラメータは、このテンプレートを貼り付けた年月をチップテキストで示すために用います。

各パラメータは省略する事が出来ます。すべて省略した場合のチップテキストは「原文からの翻訳について、疑問が提出されています。」になります。
