「日本の市」テンプレートからの移行

記事がすでにありTemplate:日本の市が使用されている場合、以下の項目で簡単に修正ができます。なお、表内項目については#引数を参照し、それぞれの修正を行ってください。

「日本の市」を「日本の市 (廃止)」へ修正。

「廃止日」、「廃止理由」、「廃止詳細」、「現在の自治体」、「よみがな」、「InternetArchive」、「緯度度・緯度分・緯度秒」、「経度度・経度分、経度秒」、「地図国コード」の項目を挿入。
