SCフォルトゥナ・ケルン（Sport-Club Fortuna Koln e. V.）は、ドイツ・ノルトライン＝ヴェストファーレン州ケルンを本拠地とするサッカークラブである。
概要

クラブは、ヴィクトリア・ケルン1911、Bayenthaler SV、Sparkassen-Verein Kolnの3つのクラブが合併して1948年に創設された。クラブの歴史を通じて、その多くは2部リーグでのプレーが続いた。1983年のDFBポカールで準優勝した事が挙げられる。1回戦でアイントラハト・ブラウンシュヴァイク、2回戦でボルシア・メンヒェングラットバッハ、準決勝ではボルシア・ドルトムントを5-0で下しての決勝進出となった。決勝の相手は同じ都市を本拠地とするライバルの1.FCケルンとなったが0-1で敗れ、クラブの快進撃は終わった。

1985-86シーズンには2部リーグで3位となり、1部15位のボルシア・ドルトムントとの対戦なった。ホームアンドアウェイの2試合終えて3-3の同点となり、プレーオフに持ち込まれたが、この試合を0-8と大敗し、1部昇格のチャンスを失った。

この後も2部リーグに留まり、中堅クラスのクラブとして実力を保持していたが、1999-00シーズンに最下位となり翌シーズンからレギオナルリーガ（当時は3部リーグに相当）へ降格すると、2002-03シーズンにはオーバーリーガ（当時は4部リーグに相当）へ降格するなど成績も下降していった。2005-06シーズンからは、更に下の地域リーグに在籍していたが、2007-08シーズンに2位となり、オーバーリーガ（リーグ再編により2008-09シーズンから5部リーグに相当）に昇格を果たしている。

2012/13シーズンに優勝を果たすも三部への昇格戦に敗れたが、2013/14シーズンに連覇を達成、バイエルン・ミュンヘン�Uとの昇格戦にトータルスコア2-2ではあったものの、アウェイゴール差で悲願の三部復帰を果たすことに成功した。
