ミュージック・ビデオはその過激な内容から多くの放送局がビデオの一部をカットして放送するなどした。監督はヴォーン・アーネル（英語版）。

ソロとしては3作目となる全英シングルチャート首位を獲得。

第21回ブリット・アワードにて最優秀シングル賞と最優秀ビデオ賞を受賞した。
