RAY（レイ）は、日本の女性アイドルグループである。合同会社SOVA所属。レーベルはDISTORTED RECORDS、Lonesome Record[1]。
概要

「圧倒的ソロ性」と「『アイドル x ????』による異分野融合」をコンセプトとする新時代のアイドルグループとして2019年（令和元年）5月1日にステージデビュー。

「ソロアイドルをしていたら気が合ったので一緒にやることにした」のが結成のきっかけ。2019年3月にライブ活動を終了した・・・・・・・・・の運営チーム「女の子の東京を作ろう!!委員会」が活動をサポートし、アイドル特化型クラウドファンディング「collections」を利用しながらさまざまなイベントやソロ活動や企画をする [2][3]。

2023年1月現在、メンバーは、愛海、内山結愛、琴山しずく、月海まお、紬実詩の5人。

良曲・熱量あるライブパフォーマンスをウリにグループ活動をすると同時に、ソロとしても積極的に活動する。

また、これまでアイドルカルチャーと関わりの薄かった異分野をコンテンツに積極的に取り込みながら、あれもこれものいいとこどりをした新時代のアイドル運動体を目指す。

沿革
2019年

3月12日、アイドル特化型クラウドファンディング・サービス collections 始動。プレスリリースを発表[8][9]。

4月15日、RAY始動。オリジナルメンバーとプレスリリースを発表 [2][3]。

5月1日、渋谷CHELSEA HOTELにて、お披露目ライヴとなる入場無料ライヴ1部「RAY001 the beginning of the dream」、2部「RAY002」（tipToe.、nuanceとの対3マン形式）をそれぞれ開催[10]。

5月20日、主催イベント「PREDAWN vol.1」（Shibuya Milkyway）開催[11]。
