Praat（プラート、オランダ語で「話」の意）は音声学における音声分析用のフリーソフトウェアである。アムステルダム大学のPaul BoersmaとDavid Weeninkの両名を中心として開発された。多様なバージョンのUNIXやMac、Microsoft Windows（95、98、NT4、ME、2000、XP、Vista）といった多くのOS上で動作する。Praatはarticulatory synthesisといった音声合成もサポートする。またscripting機能も搭載しており、多くのプロセスを自動化することができる。
