LGBTの社会運動（LGBTのしゃかいうんどう、英語: LGBT social movements）は、LGBT（レズビアン、ゲイ、バイセクシャル、トランスジェンダー）の性や性的少数者の社会的な受容を目標として共有して改善を求める行動を指す。
LGBTの人々とストレート・アライ（異性愛の支援者）が「LGBTの権利」（「ゲイの権利」「ゲイとレズビアンの権利」とも呼ばれる）の向上を求める組織的運動を行ってきた。これまでに様々なコミュニティが単独または団結して活動がなされてきた。それらにはゲイ解放運動やレズビアン・フェミニズム（en）、クイアムーブメント、トランスジェンダー運動（en）がある。
今日ではLGBT運動は政治的運動や文化的運動の広範囲にわたり、ロビー活動やデモ活動、社会グループの構築や、グループやコミュニティが開催するイベントの支援、雑誌、映画や文学、学術研究と著述や、ビジネス活動などの分野で組織的に行われている。
