GOOD4NOTHING（グッドフォーナッシング）は、日本のロックバンド。所属事務所およびレーベルは、L.M.N.O.P.。
概要

日本のインディーズバンド、アメリカ西海岸のメロディックパンクに影響を受け、1996年に前身となるバンド「電器風呂」を結成[1]。1998年にMAKKINが加入し、1999年に「GOOD4NOTHING」に改名した[1]。

2009年9月に大阪・堺club massiveのワンマンライブをもって、12年寄り添ったKAWAJINが脱退、新メンバーのSUNE（スネ）が加入することが発表された[1]。

KICK ROCK MUSICに所属していたが、2010年8月に自主マネージメントレーベル＜L.M.N.O.P.＞（エレメノピー）の立ち上げを発表。公式サイトに『自分達のやりたいように出来る環境を作るべく設立したレーベル。当面は、セルフプロデュースと言う形で自分達を表現していく場所。名前の由来は、ABCの歌が日本とアメリカで違うところから、この部分を抜粋。』と発表した。メジャーレーベルはUNIVERSAL J。

2011年5月には『GOOD4NOTHING "BACK 4 GOOD" CHINA TOUR 2011』と題した大規模な中国ツアーを敢行。日本人アーティストとしては史上初のライブハウス、大型野外フェスティバルを含めた16公演を@media screen{.mw-parser-output .fix-domain{border-bottom:dashed 1px}}大成功に収めた[独自研究?]。上海で行われたMIDI MUSIC FESTIVAL 2011では最終日のトリ前に出演。歓声が鳴り止まない程の大盛況に終わった。[独自研究?]（主な公演場所：広州 / 香港 / 深? / 珠海 / マカオ / 西安 / 武漢 / 重慶 / 成都 / 北京 / 上海 / 杭州等）

また、同年10月に行われた『GOOD4NOTHING "It’s shoooort time!!" CHINA TOUR 2011』では、鎮江で行われた『STRAWBERRY CHANJIANG MUSIC FESTIVAL 2011』にて、日本人アーティストとしては中国ロックフェス史上初の大トリを飾った。この模様は中国版Twitter『新浪微博（シンランウェイボー）』にて大々的にクローズアップされた[要出典]。

2013年3月から、盟友THE CHINA WIFE MOTORSと共に、地元大阪・堺の復興を目的としたフェス「SAKAI MEETING」を開催。
