F-14は、アメリカ合衆国のグラマン（現ノースロップ・グラマン）社が開発した艦上戦闘機。愛称は「雄猫」を意味するトムキャット（Tomcat）。
概要発艦したVF-31所属のF-14

アメリカ海軍の保有・運用するF-4 ファントム IIの後継機として、グラマン社（当時）の開発した可変翼と長射程のAIM-54 フェニックスの運用能力を特徴とした第4世代ジェット戦闘機に分類される艦上戦闘機。1970年の初飛行を経て1973年から運用部隊に配備された。

総計712機が製造され、アメリカ海軍の他には唯一イラン空軍で採用された。

アメリカ海軍のF-14は、F/A-18の改良版・発展型にあたるF/A-18E/F戦闘攻撃機への機種転換が次第に進み、2006年9月22日にVF-31トムキャッターズの解隊を最後に全機が完全退役した[2]。
