『Cloudy Heart』（クラウディ・ハート）は、日本のシンガーソングライターである吉川晃司の9枚目のオリジナル・アルバム。
1994年1月31日に東芝EMIのイーストワールドレーベルからリリースされた。前作『Shyness Overdrive』（1992年）よりおよそ1年4か月振りにリリースされた作品であり、作詞は吉川および松井五郎が担当、作曲はすべて吉川が担当、プロデュースは吉川と吉田建もしくは菅原弘明が共同で担当している。
