BLACKPINK（ブラックピンク、韓: ????、様式化: BLΛ?KPIИK）は、韓国の4人組ガールズグループ[2]。略称は「ブルピン」。女性音楽グループとして世界最大のファンダムを有し、2020年米ブルームバーグ誌「世界で最も影響力のあるポップスター」に選ばれた[3]。

グループ名BLΛ?KPIИKは、美麗で女性的なステレオタイプイメージを喚起するPINKに、非女性的強さや悪意を含意することの多いBLACKをつけて、あえて形容矛盾を冒し、『外見美や女性らしさという既存の尺度から完全なる魅力は帰納し得ない』ことを主張する[4]。またC及びNの反転をもって、固定観念の打破と原始的本質への回帰を促すという[5]。女性の真に魅力的な完全理想体を、従来の発想では対立するBLACKーPINKの共存と融合の達成そしてその探求であると説き、現代社会における女性的固定観念から女性がいかに脱却するかというガールクラッシュ及びそれらを原理としたブラックピンク＝レボリューションの実現を掲げる[6][7]。
概要

YGエンターテインメント所属[8]。2016年8月8日に韓国でデビューショーケースを行い、同日20時に『SQUARE ONE』の収録曲「WHISLE」「BOOMBAYAH」にてデビュー[9]。

グループ名の「BLACKPINK」は、最も綺麗な色と表現されるピンクを少し否定する意味で、“美しいものが全てではない”という意味が込められている。またスペシャルなものの前に「BLACK」という名称がつけられるように“スペシャルな女性グループ”を意味するものでもある[10]。ありのままの感情と欲求を描いた女性中心的歌詞が特徴[11]。

ファンクラブ名はBLINK（ブリンク、朝: ???,様式化: BLIИK）[12]。世界最大のファンダムで、個人を含めたSNSの総フォロワーは3億人を超える[13]。YouTubeの登録者数は、アーティストとして最大である9300万人を保持している。

英国のジョンソン首相に招待を受け第26回気候変動枠組条約締約国会議のアンバサダーとして会議にリモート参加した[14]。この際のビデオメッセージおよび国連のSDGs広報大使としてのメッセージ発信が評価され、メンバー4人は2023年11月22日にイギリス国王から名誉大英勲章 (MBE) を授与された[15]。

世界的ファッションモデルとしても活躍し、ジスはディオール、カルティエ、ジェニはシャネル、カルバン・クライン、ポルシェ、リサはセリーヌ、ブルガリ、M・A・C、ロゼはティファニー、イヴ・サンローランのアンバサダーを務める[16][17][18][19]。

2023年7月時点で、YouTubeで公開されたBLACKPINKの動画累計再生数は325億回を超え、公式YouTubeチャンネルのチャンネル登録者数も世界の男女アーティストを合わせて最も多い数字を記録している[20]。公開されたミュージック・ビデオのうち「DDU-DU DDU-DU」、「Kill This Love」、「BOOMBAYAH」、「As If It's Your Last」、「How You Like That」の5作品が再生数10億回以上を記録[20]。「DDU-DU DDU-DU」は、KｰPOPグループとして初の20億回再生を達成した。１億回再生を達成した作品は、41作品にものぼる。

メンバー同士が練習生時代から親しい友人であり、メンバーそれぞれ得意な分野があるため、グループリーダーを決めていない[21][22]。
