1281年（弘安4年6月6日） - 弘安の役。元軍が九州に再襲来。

1565年 - マルタ包囲戦: オスマン帝国海軍のトゥルグト・レイス（英語版）が戦死[要出典]。

1611年 - カナダ北東部を探検中のヘンリー・ハドソンの船で反乱が起き、ハドソンとその息子、6人の部下が本船から下ろされて小船に置き去りにされる。以降の消息は不明。

1683年 - ウィリアム・ペンがペンシルベニアのレナペ族と友好協定を結ぶ。

1757年 - プラッシーの戦い。イギリス・イギリス東インド会社軍がフランスのベンガル土侯連合軍を破る。インドのイギリス支配が決定。
