^ 海外で散見される偽ブランドのコピー商品や、著作権を無視した海賊版などが顕著な違法事案例。後者については、動画共有サイトへの違法アップロードも後を絶たない。
^ 日本国内でも、三菱地所プロパティマネジメントやプロパティエージェントなど不動産関連の企業名でしばしば使われている。
