注釈^ 天皇が幼少時に摂政が任命されるという慣例は930年の藤原忠平（朱雀天皇の摂政）の時に確立したと考えられているが、『公卿補任』はその原則が最初からのものと思い込んで後世に加筆されたとする和田英松の説が今日では通説とされている[要出典]。
