^ 当時は地権者が複雑に入り組んでいた。ビルの完成を機に「天神第一防災ビル株式会社」を創設して権利・ビル管理関係を一本化した。その後、天神地区の一部ビルの権利を保有・管理する「株式会社因幡（天神地区の旧地名の一部であった「因幡町」から命名したものと思われる）」に統合されている。
^ 2011年時点では一部が衣料品店や漢方薬の店舗などとなっている以外はマクドナルドなどの飲食店エリアとなっており、天神一番街の名称も表向きには使われていなかった。
