^ なお、不空が長安に帰朝したのは755年、入寂したのが774年なので、漢訳が不空に帰せられたのはもっと後の時代らしい。
^ 唐代に百丈が制定ののち散失した『百丈清規』の勅命による復元版。日本には1356年に伝わっている。

（p. 1）「サテ三陀羅とは一には佛頂尊勝陀羅尼と第二寶篋印陀羅尼と第三千手千眼觀自在菩薩根本陀羅尼叉は阿彌陀如來根本陀羅尼とを合稱せしものにて凡て眞言宗に於て通途の勤行と云へば禮文、理趣經、三陀羅尼、光明眞言、本尊の眞言、祖師の寶號、廻向の文とを唱ふることなるが、（以下略）」
（p. 50）「以上は第二寶篋印陀羅尼經を釋し終りました 以下は第三でありますが 此第三には或は阿彌陀如來根本陀羅尼經を擧ぐることも三陀羅尼としてはありますが 今はに第三千手千眼觀世音菩薩廣大圓滿無碍大悲心陀羅尼を釋し 阿彌陀如來根本陀羅尼を因みに擧ぐること丶いたします」
