^ 2度の脱退と再加盟を経験している。1946年11月4日から1984年12月31日まで加盟国であったが脱退し、2003年10月1日に再加盟を果たすも2018年12月31日に再度脱退しオブザーバー参加となる。2023年7月10日に再加盟した。
