中国人民解放軍（ちゅうごくじんみんかいほうぐん、.mw-parser-output .pinyin{font-family:system-ui,"Helvetica Neue","Helvetica","Arial","Arial Unicode MS",sans-serif}.mw-parser-output .jyutping{font-family:"Helvetica Neue","Helvetica","Arial","Arial Unicode MS",sans-serif}?音: Zh?ngguo renmin ji?fangj?n、英語: People's Liberation Army）は、中国共産党が指導する中華人民共和国の武装力量である。（なお中国人民解放軍の中華人民共和国における公的・法的位置については後述の「#法的規定」を参照すること。）単に日本などでは単に「中国軍」または「人民解放軍」、中華人民共和国国内では「解放軍」[1]と略されて呼ばれている。中華民国（台湾）では「共軍」[2]、「中共解放軍」と呼称されている。中国共産党の政党軍隊、対外的には共産党の最高軍事指導機関である中国共産党中央軍事委員会の指揮を受ける。軍種は陸軍・海軍・空軍・ロケット軍・戦略支援部隊・聯勤保障部隊がある。また、正規軍たる中国人民解放軍とは別に、中国民兵・中国人民武装警察部隊が中国共産党及び中華人民共和国の武装力量に定められている。
