フランコ体制下のスペイン（フランコたいせいかのスペイン、スペイン語: Espana durante el regimen de Franco）では、スペイン内戦により第二共和政が崩壊した後、政権を握ったフランシスコ・フランコ・バーモンデがスペイン内戦期の1939年から、1975年のフランコの死によってフアン・カルロス1世が国王となるまでの間のスペインについて記述する。1947年に国家首長継承法（スペイン語版）が制定され立憲君主国であると定められたが、フランコの死まで王座は空位のままであった。
国名

フランコ体制下では憲法が停止状態であったため、憲法によって制定された正式な国名は無かったが、内戦初期の1936年9月に発表されたフランコ側の公式文書「Decreto nombrando Jefe del Gobierno a Francisco Franco（Boletin Oficial de la Junta de Defensa Nacional）」で反乱側の国家元首に指名されたとあり、その第一条では、"Articulo primero -En cumplimiento de acurerdo adoptado por la Junta de Defensa Nacional, se nomhra Jefe del Gobierno del Estado Espanol al Exemo. Sr. General de Division D. Francisco Franco Bahamonde, quien asumira todos los poderes del nuevo Estado."

と、国名はEstado Espanol（スペイン国）の名称が使われている。また、フランコ体制下の事実上の憲法と見做される王国基本諸法（スペイン語版）のうち、Fuero del Trabajo（労働特別法、1938年）では、"El Estado espanol formula estas declaraciones, que inspiraran su politica social　y ..."

Ley Organica del Estado（国家組織法、1967年）では、"Articulo 1.- I. El Estado espanol, constituido en Reino, es la suprema institucion de la comunidad nacional."
