注釈^ a b ジャマイカ、トリニダード・トバゴ、バハマが承認する前の、2024年4月18日時点で国際連合はパレスチナ国を承認している加盟国は140か国としており[6]、その根拠となるモーリタニア、サウジアラビア、ウガンダが作成した同年4月9日付けの文書では承認み加盟国一覧の中に1988年にマルタが承認済みいう内容が含まれていた[7]。しかしマルタは1988年以降にあたる2021年にパレスチナと締結した経済条約の覚書の中では未だパレスチナ暫定自治政府と表記しており[8]、更には2024年3月22日以降度々、同国は近々パレスチナ国を承認する予定であると報道されており[9][10]、3か国が作成した文書が誤りの可能性がある。もし誤りの場合、5月10日の時点でパレスチナ国を承認している国連加盟国は143か国ではなく、142か国となる。
