コールドプレイ（英語: Coldplay）は、イギリス・ロンドン出身ロックバンド[7]。メンバーはユニヴァーシティ・カレッジ・ロンドン（UCL）の学生寮で出会ったクリス・マーティン（ボーカル）、ジョニー・バックランド（ギター）、ガイ・ベリーマン（ベース）、ウィル・チャンピオン（ドラムス）の4人で構成される。

1997年にバンドを結成し、複数回の改名を経て[8]1998年にデビューEP[9]、2000年にデビューアルバム[10]をリリース。
