鳳凰（ほうおう）は、将棋の駒の一つ。本将棋にはなく、中将棋・大将棋・天竺大将棋・大大将棋・摩訶大大将棋・泰将棋・大局将棋に存在する。

中将棋、大将棋、天竺大将棋では鳳と略す。成駒は奔王。

鳳凰の成駒である奔王は特に強力な駒なので、鳳凰の成りによる性能の強化の幅は大きい。ただ鳳凰の成りのデメリットとして、斜め四方への飛び越しができなくなることには留意する必要がある。
大大将棋・摩訶大大将棋・泰将棋

大大将棋、摩訶大大将棋、泰将棋では成駒は金翅。

脚注[脚注の使い方]^ 『象棋六種之図式』（『雑藝叢書』収録のものによる）では大将棋に動きの説明があるが、斜めに2マス（飛び越えるという表現はない）、横に1マス（縦には動けない）動けるとなっている。
^ 『象棋六種之図式』の泰将棋の解説にも動きが説明されている。ただし鳳凰駒に関しては動きを示す印がつけられておらず、どのような動きが説明されていたかは読み取れない。
