鳩山 薫（はとやま かおる[1]、1888年（明治21年）11月21日 - 1982年（昭和57年）8月15日）は、日本の教育者。52・53・54代内閣総理大臣である鳩山一郎の妻。共立女子大学学長を務めた。神奈川県横浜市出身。
経歴

神奈川県横浜市出身。横浜地方裁判所判事で貴族院議員の寺田栄といくの長女として生まれる。1905年（明治38年）に親戚筋にあたる鳩山家の養女となり、実名も薫から薫子と改名[2]。その後、1907年（明治40年）に女子学院を卒業[3][4]。

1908年（明治41年）、9月18日に鳩山一郎と結婚。1932年（昭和7年）に清和婦人会会長に就任。その後、共立女子大学の創立に携わり、財団法人共立女子学園理事長・共立女子専門学校長、共立高等女学校長、共立女子職業学校長・共立女子中学校校長・共立女子高等学校校長などを歴任[4]。

1951年（昭和23年）には共立女子大学学長に就任。また、日ソ婦人懇話会会長・日本友愛青年協会理事長・東京都文京区結婚相談員・財団法人日本花いっぱい協会会長・財団法人東京善意協会理事などを歴任[4]。

1982年（昭和57年）8月15日、93歳で死去。死後、正四位に叙せられる。
受賞歴

1956年（昭和31年） - バーナード・カレッジより功労賞を受賞。

1963年（昭和38年） - 藍綬褒章受章。

1966年（昭和41年） - 勲一等瑞宝章受章。

1968年（昭和43年） - 鹿島平和賞受賞。
