高野 寛（たかの ひろし、1964年12月14日 - ）は、日本の シンガーソングライター、ギタリスト、編曲家、音楽プロデューサー、俳優。静岡県三島市出身。血液型はB型。身長177cm。静岡県立浜松西高等学校、大阪芸術大学芸術学部芸術計画学科卒業。2013年より京都精華大学ポピュラーカルチャー学部特任教員。代表曲に「虹の都へ」「ベステン ダンク」などがある。

影響を受けた主なアーティストは、トッド・ラングレン、ビートルズ、YMO、忌野清志郎等。
活動

父親は営林局に勤務の国家公務員で、デビュー後に父親が企画した「森林保護基金」のチャリテイー・コンサートに出演したこともある[1]。小学校5年生から中学1年生の頃に、当時の静岡県で一番人口密度が低い田舎町に住んでいた[2]。中学生時代からギターを始める[3]。

静岡県立浜松西高等学校の1年生の時、学校の応援団（応援委員会）に本人の意志に反して参加したところ、野球部が夏の大会の静岡予選の決勝まで進出し、決勝戦の応援をした[4]。高校2年生からはブラスバンド部に加入する[4]。高校時代からバンドを組んで、ベース・ボーカルを担当[5]、またデモ・テープを作りはじめる[6]。

大阪芸術大学芸術学部に在学中の1986年に高橋幸宏、鈴木慶一主催の「究極のバンド」オーディションに出場し、見事合格。この時、同オーディションを受けていた音楽家に、青山陽一を擁するGRANDFATHERSや、後に『Bomb A Head!』などをヒットさせたm.c.A・T[7]らがいた。
