高井 菜緒（たかい なお、1981年7月16日 - ）は、日本の女優、タレントである。血液型はA型。
人物

1981年、愛知県大府市出身。愛知県立大府高等学校卒業。趣味は野球観戦と茶道、特技は書道と舞踊である。

高校時代は高校野球のチアリーダーをしていた。1999年（平成11年）、名古屋市で毎年ゴールデンウィークに開催される、「『マンモスフリーマーケット』CMイメージガールコンテスト」で優勝し、その後マッシモにスカウトされて所属した。

翌年10月からの1年間、テレビのバラエティー番組、『ワンダフル』（TBS）の第4期 「ワンギャル」のひとりとして、同番組にレギュラー出演した。同番組に出演開始当時のキャッチフレーズは、「ワンギャル史上初のロリロリキャラ」であった。2002年（平成14年）、所属事務所をマッシモからヒラタオフィスに代えている。

韓国語を流暢に話し、以前は日韓翻訳の仕事をしていた。韓国に住んでいた時期もある。現在はロサンゼルス在住。
その他

小柄だが大食いである。

雑誌のインタビューで芸能界に入ったきっかけを、幼馴染から無理やり演劇ごっこをさせられたのがきっかけで役者になりたいと思ったと答えている。
