青葉区（あおばく）は、仙台市を構成する5行政区のうちのひとつ。

合併前の旧仙台市の北部・中央部（約23万人が居住。面積比率14%）と旧宮城郡宮城町（約7万人が居住。面積比率86%）からなる。昼間人口は41万2812人であり、夜間人口の31万0183人に対して10万2629人の増加、昼夜比1.33倍となる（2015年国勢調査）[1]。
