青色巨星[1]（せいしょくきょせい、英: blue giant[1]）は、光度階級III (巨星) またはII (輝巨星) でスペクトルがO型またはB型の恒星。高温のために青く見える。
概要左が青色巨星のオリオン座γ星。右はペルセウス座β星アルゴルB、中央の黄色の星が太陽。

ヘルツシュプルング・ラッセル図上では、主系列星の左上に位置する。直径はせいぜい太陽の5 - 10倍程度だが、明るさは数千 - 数万倍とかなり明るい。しかし、燃料を激しく燃やしているため、寿命は短く、数百万 - 数千万年程度とされる。赤色超巨星を経て、最期には超新星となり、中性子星やブラックホールを残すと考えられている。
