電気グルーヴ（でんきグルーヴ）は、日本のバンド。1989年に結成され、テクノ、エレクトロを中心とした独特の音楽性と破天荒なパフォーマンスが特徴[3]。世相を風刺した作品が多く、1990年代のサブカルの担い手[4] でもあった。日本国外向けにDENKI GROOVEの表記を使用することもある[注釈 1]。主な略称は、「電気[5]」、「電G軍団[6]」「電グル」など[注釈 2]。
概要

1989年4月に解散した人生（ZIN-SAY!）のボーカリスト石野卓球、ピエール瀧、若王子耳夫を中心に同年結成[1]。1990年、アルバム『662 BPM BY DG』でインディーズデビュー。その後、1991年にシングル「RHYTHM RED BEAT BLACK (Version 300000000000) / TMN VS 電気GROOVE」でメジャーデビュー後、アルバム『FLASH PAPA』で本格的にデビューした。シングル「N.O.」や「Shangri-La」などのヒット曲で知られる。
