門司城の戦い（もじじょうのたたかい）は、永禄元年（1558年）から永禄5年（1562年）までに豊前国門司城で起こった、大友義鎮と毛利元就との数度の合戦。永禄4年（1561年）の戦いが最も有名である。
発端豊後国の大名大友義鎮（宗麟）。

15世紀には、中国地方の守護大名大内氏が、豊前国企救郡（規矩郡）や筑前国遠賀郡に進出し、企救郡では、現地の国人である門司氏を家臣団に組み込みながら、支配を固めていた[3]。
