金融再生委員会委員長（きんゆうさいせいいいんかいいいんちょう、英語：Chairman of the Financial Reconstruction Commission）は、日本の廃止された国務大臣。金融再生委員会を代表する。
概要金融再生委員会が設置された霞が関ビルディング
日本の金融再生委員会に置かれた国務大臣であるが[1]、主任の大臣ではない。主として金融行政を所管する国務大臣であった。金融再生委員会は、金融破綻処理制度、および、金融危機管理についての、調査、企画、立案を所管した[2]。具体的には、金融機能の安定と再生を目的に、金融機関破綻時に必要な処置を講じた[2]。また、銀行業、保険業、証券業、その他の金融業の適切な運営や経営の健全性を確保するため免許、検査、監督を行うとともに、証券取引の公正さを確保するため監視を行った[2]。金融再生委員会委員長は、金融再生委員会のこれらの会務を総理するとともに、金融再生委員会を代表した[3]。
金融再生委員会にて金融行政を司る組織としては、金融再生委員会の内部部局である事務局、金融再生委員会に設置される株価算定委員会、金融再生委員会の下部組織である金融監督庁や金融庁などが挙げられる[4][5][6][7]。金融再生委員会委員長は、これらの組織を担当する。
金融再生委員会は金融再生委員会委員長、および、委員4名で構成されており、委員会の会議は金融再生委員会委員長により招集された[8][9]。
