重変ハ（じゅうへんハ）は西洋音楽の音名のひとつ。ハの楽譜上の位置を変えずに半音下げた変ハからさらに半音（ハの楽譜上の位置を変えずに全音）下げた音であり、楽譜ではハに（重変記号）を付けて表す。各調の中で、この音を音階の中に含む調はない。

一部の楽器製造会社では、国際式より1小さい数字が使われている。

オクターブの範囲はMIDIで表現できる範囲。

周波数は、A4（一点イ）=440Hz、十二平均律としたときの概算である。
