重変ト（じゅうへんト）は西洋音楽の音名のひとつ。トの楽譜上の位置を変えずに半音下げた変トからさらに半音（トの楽譜上の位置を変えずに全音）下げた音であり、楽譜ではトに（重変記号）を付けて表す。各調の中で、この音を音階の中に含む調はない。
