酒井 瞳（さかい ひとみ、1989年5月3日 - ）は、日本の女性マルチタレント、パーソナルトレーナー。宮崎県延岡市出身。松竹芸能所属。

女性アイドルグループ・アイドリング!!!の元メンバー。現在はその後継集団メンテナンスにも籍を置く。
略歴
ソニー・ミュージックアーティスツ（SMA）時代（2008年 - 2019年9月）

2006年、行きつけの美容室からの依頼でカットモデルとして美容コンテストに出場。洋装、ウエディングドレスなどのモデルを経験。

2007年、SMAエンタテインメント新人発掘オーディションに応募。合格者3名の内の1人に選ばれ、2008年から同事務所に所属する。卒業後に上京。
アイドリング!!!期

2008年4月、女性アイドルグループ「アイドリング!!!」に14号（2期生）として加入。
2009年
4月、事務所グループの再編により、親会社ソニー・ミュージックアーティスツに所属。12月、1stDVD『ファーストやっちゃ!!!』をリリース[3]。
2010年
2月、1st写真集『SA*KA*CCHI!!（さかっち）』を刊行。3月、2ndDVD『SA*KA*CCHI!!』をリリース[4]。4月、舞台『桃色書店へようこそ』で舞台デビュー。これ以降、多くの舞台に出演する。6月、3rdDVD『大好きやぁ?！』をリリース[5]。11月、4thDVD『南の国の瞳』をリリース[6]。
2011年
11月、冠番組『酒井瞳 プレミアム放送』を開始。12月、5thDVD『蜜の味と瞳とヒトミ』をリリース[7]。
2012年
4月、バラエティ番組『Shohjo隊あいどる☆一番星』でレギュラー出演。6月、ウエルネスジャパン「薬用メディカルシャイン」でテレビCM初出演。
2013年
2月、『アイドルマン』でドラマデビュー[8]。8月、映画『上京ものがたり』で映画デビュー。9月、6thDVD『ふたり旅』をリリース[9]。11月、バラエティ番組『一狩りいこうぜ!4』にレギュラー出演。長友光弘（響）との共演冠番組『さかっちとミツコの部屋』を開始。12月、出演映画『カノジョは嘘を愛しすぎてる』が公開。
2014年
1月、所属するSMAが初めて手がけるアイドルグループ「アイドルネッサンス」の応援団3号に就任。2月、トーク番組『オシャレパラダイス』にレギュラー出演。5月、体調不良により、芸能活動を一時休止する[10]。8月、大型アイドルイベント『TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2014』にて芸能活動を再開[11]。大河ドラマ『軍師官兵衛』に出演。10月、テレビドラマ『ファーストクラス』に出演。
2015年 アイドリング!!!卒業
6月、NHK朝ドラ『まれ』に出演。10月、約7年半在籍したアイドリング!!!を卒業[12]。
ソロ活動11月、よゐこ濱口主宰『はまぐちコントサークル』に出演[13]。その濱口が発起人となり、アイドリング!!!OG主体による後継集団「メンテナンス」が発足、メンバー1号として参加する[14]。
2016年
2月、梅酒名義の冠番組『梅酒の休肝日』を開始[15]。ショートアニメ『闇芝居』にレギュラーで声優デビュー[16]。3月、教育番組『NHK高校講座 簿記』にレギュラーMCで出演[17]。
