群馬県道・福島県道1号沼田檜枝岐線（ぐんまけんどう・ふくしまけんどう1ごう ぬまたひのえまたせん）は、群馬県沼田市から福島県南会津郡檜枝岐村に至る主要地方道（群馬県道・福島県道）である。
概要

本県道は、群馬県沼田市上之町から尾瀬国立公園を経由し福島県南会津郡檜枝岐村燧ヶ岳までを結ぶ主要地方道である。また唯一の群馬県と福島県を直接結ぶ道路であるが、車両は通行できない（後述）。

起点から鎌田交差点（片品村鎌田）までの間は国道120号と国道401号、鎌田交差点から大清水小屋付近（片品村戸倉）までの間は国道401号と重複するため、沼田市内では本県道の単独区間は存在しない。

本県道は尾瀬を縦断する区間（片品村戸倉・大清水小屋付近 - 檜枝岐村燧ケ岳・国道352号交点）が供用されているのに対し、国道401号は未供用（分断）区間となっている。このため本県道は、沼田市から重複してきた国道401号とは大清水小屋付近で離れるかたちとなり、ここから以北は単独区間となる。

しかし、尾瀬国立公園内にある大清水小屋前駐車場 - 一ノ瀬休憩所 - 三平峠 - 尾瀬沼 - 沼山峠 - 御池駐車場 は一般車が通行できない。この内、一ノ瀬休憩所 - 沼山峠は高山植物の保護のため木道となっており歩行者のみが通行可能である。木道区間を挟む群馬県側の大清水小屋 - 一ノ瀬休憩所と福島県側の沼山峠 - 御池には車道があるが、どちらも一般車は通年通行禁止となっており、専用の有料バスが運行される[1][2]。
