身長161cm[1]。血液型はO型。姉が二人いる[1]。

特技はピアノ、バスケットボール（当時公表していたプロフィールによる）[2]。

アマチュアでライブ活動中にスカウトされて芸能界入り[1]、1985年にザ・楽器　屋主催『ポップンロック・コンテスト』でベストボーカル賞を受賞し、デビュー[2]。

アニメ『赤い光弾ジリオン』の主題歌や『天空戦記シュラト』のイメージソングなどを歌う。現在は芸能界を引退している。
