第7回参議院議員通常選挙（だい7かいさんぎいんぎいんつうじょうせんきょ）は、1965年（昭和40年）7月4日に日本で行われた国会（参議院）議員の選挙である。この年に東京都議会が解散したことから、以降の巳年は東京都議会議員選挙と同年に行われる（巳年現象）こととなった。
