第38回衆議院議員総選挙（だい38かいしゅうぎいんぎんそうせんきょ）は1986年（昭和61年）7月6日に日本で行われた国会（衆議院）議員の総選挙である。

第14回参議院議員通常選挙との衆参同日選挙である。
概説

1980年の第36回衆議院議員総選挙以来、6年ぶり2回目となる衆参同日選挙となった。この選挙は自由民主党の圧勝に終わった。公認候補のみで300議席を獲得したのは結党以来の最高記録であり、追加公認を含めると304議席となった。なお、この記録は2009年（平成21年）の第45回衆議院議員総選挙において、民主党が単独で308議席を獲得するまで、1つの政党が保有する議席数としては戦後最高であった。

内陸県出身の首相下で行われた衆議院総選挙は本選挙と前回第37回衆議院議員総選挙（ともに中曽根内閣下）のみである。

昭和時代最後の衆議院議員総選挙となった。

また、日本国憲法下における衆議院議員総選挙としては、唯一寅年に実施された。
