沿革

1981年（昭和56年） - 「秀和システムトレーディング株式会社」として設立する。

1995年（平成7年） - 「秀和システム」に商号を変更する。

2006年（平成18年） - MCJの子会社になる[1]。

2015年（平成27年）12月22日 - 全株式がMCJからウエノグループに譲渡され、ウエノグループの資本下に入る[2]。

2016年（平成28年）2月15日 - ウエノグループを逆さ合併の方式で吸収合併する。

2021年（令和3年） - 船井電機を株式公開買付け (TOB) で買収[3]する。
