福島 邦子（ふくしま くにこ、1954年5月26日 - ）は、日本のシンガーソングライター。岡山県総社市生まれ[1]。血液型B型。

作詞家としては水色玉青名義も用いる（後述）。
略歴

母は松竹歌劇団出身。

父と2人の兄も楽器を演奏する環境で育つ[2]。小学2年生の時からピアノを始め、後にエレクトーンも習得[1]。

1974年からはエレクトーンの講師も務める[1]。この年、友人の詩に自分が曲を付けて第8回ヤマハポピュラーソングコンテストに応募[1]。この時の曲「恋のレッスン」は、後にピンク・レディーとなる「クッキー」がポプコン東海地区大会決勝で歌唱している[1]。

1977年10月2日、第14回ポプコンつま恋本選会に兄と出場。「グッド パイ」で入賞、審査員特別賞を受賞[2][3]。

1978年、フォーライフ・レコードよりデビュー。

1979年にシングル・リリース、および翌1980年アルバム収録「ボサノバ」を、1981年に研ナオコがシングルとしてカバー。

以後、職業作家としての活動が多くなる。

2011年に出会ったシアトル在住の男性と、2013年結婚[2]。

2014年夏[4][2]アメリカ・ワシントン州へ移住し活動拠点を移す。
