気候

日本海に面し、暖流の影響を受けているため緯度の割に気候は温暖である。

北陸地方の他地域と同様、冬は雪や雨が多くて日照が少なく、降水量は梅雨よりも冬の方が多い。珠洲市中心部周辺の空中写真。1975年撮影の2枚を合成作成。国土交通省 国土地理院 地図・空中写真閲覧サービスの空中写真を基に作成。
