渡辺 勝（わたなべ まさる、1950年8月1日 - ）は1971年から音楽活動歴のある音楽家。
概要

駒場東邦高等学校、立教大学卒業[1]。ギター、キーボード、ボーカルなど各種の楽器を使いこなすマルチプレイヤー。岡林信康の2ndアルバム「見る前に跳べ」などに参加。他に高田渡、なぎら健壱、田代ともやなどの作品の編曲家として活動の他、はちみつぱい、アーリータイムスストリングスバンド、キリギリス、渡辺勝バンド、おまつとまさる氏（松倉如子とのユニット）などで音楽活動を継続。「アフガンの子どもたちに美味しいものをごちそうする会」の2ndCDでも編曲を一部担当。
