河内 遙（かわち はるか）は、日本の漫画家。女性。東京都在住。東京都立芸術高等学校美術科油画専攻卒業。谷川史子のアシスタント経験がある。祖父はアニメーターの古沢日出夫。
略歴

2000年、東京都立芸術高校油画科卒業。

2001年、「ひねもすワルツ」で第3回アックスマンガ新人賞佳作受賞。
