民主党国会対策委員会（みんしゅとうこっかいたいさくいいんかい）は、民主党の国会対策委員会。

概要

党規約では、代表および幹事長の下、党の国会対策活動を統括し、国会活動を遂行する党内機関とされている（党規約17条1項[1]）。国会対策委員会の運営にあたる国会対策委員長は、国会議員の中から代表が選任し、党大会または両院議員総会の承認を得ることとされている（党規約17条2項[1]）。

自由民主党や日本社会党の国会対策委員長が幹事長や書記長の人事権の下に置かれてきたのとは異なり、民主党の国会対策委員長は代表の人事権の下に置かれてきたため、他党と比べて党の中心的なポストとなっていた。
