森田 悌（もりた てい、1941年（昭和16年）4月12日[1] - ）は、日本の歴史学者。日本古代史専攻。学位は、文学博士。金沢大学教授・群馬大学教授を経て、群馬大学名誉教授。商法学者の森田果の父。
経歴

1965年（昭和40年）、東京大学文学部国史学科を卒業。1967年（昭和42年）、同法学部公法課程卒業[2]。1971年（昭和46年）金沢大学助教授、教授を経て、1995年（平成7年）群馬大学教育学部教授。

2008年（平成20年）定年退任、名誉教授。

上代から平安朝を研究著述し、『日本後紀』、『続日本後紀』を初めて現代語訳した。
