九代目 林家 正蔵（はやしや しょうぞう、1962年〈昭和37年〉12月1日 - ）は、日本の落語家、落語協会副会長、俳優、タレント、声優、司会者、大学教員。東京都台東区根岸出身。本名は海老名 泰孝（えびな やすたか）。出囃子は『あやめ浴衣』。

血液型A型。東京都立竹台高等学校卒業[2]。前名の林家こぶ平としても知られる。こぶ平時代の愛称はこぶちゃん。

落語家の林家たま平は長男、林家ぽん平は次男。
