板鰓亜綱（ばんさいあこう、Elasmobranchii）は、軟骨魚綱に分類される亜綱。
概要

分布域は海洋のほぼ全域、および一部の淡水にまで広がる。いずれも軟骨の骨格をもち、5 - 7 対の鰓裂（さいれつ）を備える。近縁の分類群にギンザメ類を含む全頭亜綱（ぜんとうあこう）Holocephali があるが、こちらは鰓裂（外鰓孔、がいさいこう）を1 対しかもたない。
