有楽町線（ゆうらくちょうせん）は、埼玉県和光市の和光市駅から東京都江東区の新木場駅までを結ぶ、東京地下鉄（東京メトロ）が運営する鉄道路線である[4]。和光市駅 - 小竹向原駅間は副都心線と線路・駅・施設を共用している。国土交通省監修『鉄道要覧』では、副都心線との共用区間も含めて8号線有楽町線と記載されているが、都市交通審議会における路線番号の区間は、和光市駅 - 小竹向原駅間が13号線、小竹向原駅 - 新木場駅間が8号線となっている。

路線名の由来は、有楽町を経由することから（後節も参照）。車体および路線図や乗り換え案内で使用されるラインカラーは「ゴールド」（#c1a470、金色）[5]、路線記号はY。
