丸ノ内線（まるのうちせん）は、東京都豊島区の池袋駅から杉並区の荻窪駅までを結ぶ本線と、中野区の中野坂上駅から杉並区の方南町駅までを結ぶ分岐線（通称：方南町支線[注釈 2]）から構成される東京地下鉄（東京メトロ）が運営する鉄道路線である。『鉄道要覧』における名称は4号線丸ノ内線および4号線丸ノ内線分岐線。なお、新宿 - 荻窪間と中野坂上 - 方南町間は1972年（昭和47年）まで荻窪線（おぎくぼせん）あるいは荻窪線分岐線と呼ばれていた。

路線名の由来は、東京駅付近の地名である丸の内より。1970年（昭和45年）の住居表示制度実施より千代田区の「丸ノ内」は「丸の内」へと表記が変更されたが、地下鉄線の表記はそれ以降も「丸ノ内線」のまま変更されていない[注釈 3]。

車体および路線図や乗り換え案内で使用されるラインカラーは「スカーレット」（#f62e36、赤）[8][9]。路線記号は本線がM、分岐線がMb[注釈 4]（2016年11月中旬まではm[報道 1]）。
