1930年（昭和5年）11月28日 - 日本ビチュマルス株式会社（にほんビチュマルス）を設立し、本店を東京に開設。

1942年（昭和17年） - 商号を東亜道路工業株式会社に改称。

1946年（昭和21年） - 商号をビチュマルス道路工業株式会社（ビチュマルスどうろこうぎょう）に改称。

1951年（昭和26年） - 商号を現在の東亜道路工業株式会社へ改称。

1959年（昭和34年） - 株式を東京店頭市場に公開。

1961年（昭和36年）10月2日 - 東京証券取引所市場第2部に上場。

1970年（昭和45年） - 東京証券取引所市場第1部に指定替え。
