李 克（り こく、? - 紀元前395年）は、中国戦国時代の魏の政治家。文侯をたすけて魏を戦国最初の覇国にした。李?（りかい）とも。

儒家である子夏の門弟であったが、その業績から法家と分類される人物で、儒家からすれば、転向者である。

穀物の価格調整を行って農民の生産意欲を高め、成文法を制定して富国強兵を成し遂げた。李克の政策はのちに商鞅によって受け継がれた。

文侯が呉起を登用しようとしたとき、李克にその是非を問うた。李克が「呉起は欲が深いが、用兵は巧みです」と言ったので呉起は登用された。

『法経』六編、『李子』三十二編を著したとされる（『法経』は実在に疑問も示されている）。
